Thermal lamination film comes with an EVA adhesive backing and requires heat and pressure to bond effectively. It is primarily compatible with roll-type hot laminators equipped with heated rollers. It can also be used on dual-use cold/hot laminators, industrial fully automatic pre-coated film machines, and small desktop hot laminators; however, it cannot be used on machines without heating rollers.
I. Industrial Printing Plant Use (High Volume, Wide Format)
1. Fully Automatic Pre-Coated Film Laminator
Compatible with: Standard 1-inch / 3-inch core thermal lamination film (PET/BOPP, glossy, matte,soft touch, metalized thermal lamination film, etc.)

Manual paper feeding, electric film running, equipped with hot-press composite rollers, suitable for small and medium-sized printing houses and quick-print shops. Working width: 720–1100 mm, supports single or double-sided lamination.
II. Graphic Advertising / Medium-Sized Desktop Hot Laminator (Roll Film Type) for Print Shops
1. Single-Heat Laminating Machine for Roll Film
Compatible with: A4/A3/A2/1-meter-wide sheets, 1-inch core pre-coated film
Temperature control adjustable from 50–160°C, silicone heat-press roller specifically designed for pre-coated film, ideal for laminating posters, brochures, menus, and bid book covers
2. Dual-Function Laminating Machine
Supports both hot lamination with pre-coated film and cold lamination with cold laminating film. In heating mode, it works normally with pre-coated film; when heating is turned off, it can apply cold laminating film. One machine, two functions—standard equipment for print shops.
III. Small Office/Home Use Equipment
1. Desktop Laminator (A3/A4 Desktop Model)
Compact electric heat roller machine, compatible with narrow-format thermal lamination film rolls, ideal for small-batch lamination in stores or offices (e.g., ID cards, photos, flyers).
2. Sleeve-Type Plastic Laminator (Bag Film Machine, Temporary Substitute)
No film roll holder; only allows feeding pre-cut thermal lamination film with paper and backing sheet into the heating rollers for temporary lamination. Extremely low efficiency, unsuitable for long-term or high-volume use—only recommended for emergency manual operation.
