The materials used for the aluminum laminated packaging films for solid-state batteries include PET, PA, AI, CPP, etc. These materials need to be tested for appearance, thickness, tensile strength, heat shrinkage rate, friction coefficient, haze, etc., and can only be used if they meet the standards. The protective layer is generally PA and PET, with a thickness controlled at 12-16 μm. This layer undergoes special surface treatment, which not only has excellent wear resistance, capable of resisting friction and scratches during battery production and assembly, but also has good chemical corrosion resistance, capable of isolating impurities such as oil and water vapor from the external environment. The heat-sealing layer is generally CPP, which not only has excellent heat-sealing performance, ensuring the sealing of the battery after packaging, but also has a strong barrier property, effectively blocking oxygen and water vapor, and fundamentally inhibiting oxidation reactions and interface degradation inside the battery. During transportation of the soft-pack solid-state battery encapsulation aluminum-plastic composite film, it should be properly placed, avoiding exposure to sunlight and rain, and precautions should be taken against moisture and contamination, as well as impacts. Storage should be in a clean, hygienic, cool and dry place, with a shelf life of one year.
